Testing browser and server tracking with consent
An engineering note by Faraz Ahmad on consent-gated measurement, browser and server events, shared action IDs and isolated tracking tests.
Software engineer · Full-stack developer
Web and mobile apps. Cloud services. Connected devices. I bring the pieces together, from architecture to deployment.
Areas of work
Full-stack development, cloud services, applications and connected hardware.
I build the backend services that connect applications, devices and business tools. The focus is a clear interface, predictable behaviour and a system your team can maintain.
02I develop cloud services and prepare the infrastructure they need to run. This includes application deployment, access controls, configuration and the everyday tasks of keeping a service usable.
03I build websites and web applications with clear navigation and interfaces that work on mobile and desktop. Frontend, backend and deployment are considered together.
04I develop applications for the places people actually work: a phone, a browser or a desktop connected to local equipment. The platform choice follows the workflow.
05I work at the connection between software and physical systems: robot drivers, embedded devices, perception and the services that support them.
06I connect measurement, marketing tools and operational workflows so teams can follow an enquiry from the first interaction to a useful CRM record.
The toolkit
From the interface to the infrastructure.
